2nd PKRA Cabarete (21-06-2010)

It has been a wile sinds I posted something so here a little update. I just got back home from Cabarete where we had the 3^rd tour stop of the year. Cabarete is one on the best locations on tour because of the great wind.

The singles went pretty well I ended up 2^nd. On the way to the final I had to go up against Youri and like always it was a close heat. But I managed to win. In the final I had to go up against Ariel Corniel he is a local guy and he won the event 3 years ago so I knew I had to take everything out of the bag. I didn't have the best heat of my life and Ariel was ripping so he won the singles.

It didn't look like we were able to finish the doubles because the forecast looked really bad... But then at 1.30 pm the wind just kicked in and we finished the doubles. And again I had to face Youri it was a close heat again but I won! So I had to take it up against Ariel again. Ariel knows every chop by name and he grew up kiting here. That really gave him an advantage so he won. It was a great event and I'm really looking forward on coming back next year.

The next event is 2 weeks in Morocco so for now I'm going to chill at home and train a bit. See you in Marocco! 

Also had a few crashes!!
